He works with Life Sciences, Metal and Mining, Chemicals, Cement, Paper, Ports, Oil and Gas companies to help them improve productivity, efficiency and reduce operating costs. He is involved in designing and implementing Industry 4.0, Digital Twin, AI/ML, IIOT, Edge analytics, Track and Trace and Smart Sales. Kamal had also played a leadership operational role as COO at DecisionCraft Analytics Limited, Supply Chain Head at Cadila Pharmaceuticals and core team member for Mergers and Acquisition team at Ricoh India. Kamal is an Industrial engineer from Thapar University with Master of International Business from Panjab University. He is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS. Kamal is an active sustainability enthusiast engaged with various organizations working for Society welfare.
Paresh brings over 20 years of operational experience, leading data-driven optimization efforts at growth stage organizations. He leads our customer success and transformation. A former director at an international forwarding company, Paresh has led major digital transformations and has a deep understanding of operations excellence and the systems which support it. He has worked in the areas of technology alliances, business development, and general management. Paresh is a global lead for key strategic accounts and work closely with key global clients as their partner in progress to develop and implement digitization strategies. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and spending energy on cycling and badminton court.
